- Meet with client to determine needs and budgets
- Develop probable cost estimates to help Client understand overall scope of project
- Selection of furniture and finishes (paint, flooring, wall finishes, drapery/upholstery, etc.)
- Selection of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances
- Selection of artwork & accessories
- Inventory existing furnishings and/or other items to be reused
- Coordinate furniture layouts with lighting and electrical plans
- Custom interior millwork (cabinetry) drawings
